How to Request Crash / Citation Report

  • To receive a copy of your crash report, select the area where the crash occurred (on the map or links listed below).
  • Allow 7-14 business days from the day of crash for crash report to be completed and available.
  • Each crash report is $10, $5 for photo CD
  • Contact Regional offices for fatal reports.
